Janelle is one of our Certified Nurse Midwives.  She graduated from Regents College in Albany, New York, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and from Stonybrook University with a Master’s degree in Midwifery.  Prior to getting her midwifery certification, Janelle worked for 15 years as a labor and delivery nurse.  She is certified by the American College of Nurse Midwives.  She has worked as a CNM in Washington state and in Alaska.

Janelle enjoys working with women during their childbearing years and helping them feel comfortable and confident about giving birth.

She has 7 children and 1 beautiful grandson whom she delivered.  In her free time Janelle enjoys home schooling her children, reading, gardening, canning, and raising goats and chickens.
